ADEME (Agence de l'Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l'Energie) is a public industrial and commercial establishment (EPIC), under the joint supervision of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. Created in 1991, ADEME's aim is to promote actions in favor of ecological transition, and its role is to raise awareness of environmental issues among professionals, companies, local authorities and private individuals.
